Todd Frantz is a Technical Consultant with Steritech and Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) with the California Department of Public Health. After launching his career at the Health Department in San Bernardino County, California, Todd enjoyed many “magical” years as Principal Food Safety and Public Health Manager at the Walt Disney Company.
He has also served as President of the California Environmental Health Association, Chair of Food Safety Advisory Councils, educational presenter, and consultant on projects with USAID and private organizations in Morocco, Eritrea, and Kenya.
