Staffing continues to be the #1 challenge of many, if not most, independent as well as chain restaurants. What was once thought by many to be a temporary labor condition brought on by COVID-19, now appears to be much more far-reaching and complex. Many believe this situation may take months, and even years, to reverse.

In this webinar, we're going to discuss how this labor crisis can actually be an opportunity for some independent operators to distinguish themselves in a meaningful way from their competition. We'll also present several proven approaches and practices that will lead to higher employee engagement, morale and retention.

As we are already seeing, independent restaurants with effective, intentional approaches to recruiting, onboarding and workplace culture have significantly fewer staffing challenges than other restaurants.

We strongly encourage you to invite your entire management team to attend this webinar.

What You and Your Managers Will Learn:

  • The mindset and actions it will take to make the labor crisis work in your restaurant's favor
  • The most important and effective strategy, bar none, for attracting and hiring more high-quality applicants
  • Why onboarding is crucial for preventing turnover and creating a positive, productive workplace
  • 3 key elements to best onboard and train new hires in your restaurant's way of doing business
