The 21 Laws of Leadership: Proven Principles to Become a Better Leader & Build a Positive, High Performance Workplace
There's a world of difference between management and leadership. Managers tend to command and control while leaders engage and inspire.
Simply telling your people what to do won't get the results you want. Today, owners and managers need to go deeper to engage their team and inspire them to achieve their true potential.
Regardless of what kind of "natural" leader you think you and your managers are, everyone CAN learn how to effectively engage your team by applying basic, proven leadership principles.
Leadership development is needed to successfully take charge of your team and succeed in today's staffing and labor challenged environment. This leadership training session will teach you and your management team how to stop managing and start leading; and, as a result, make your restaurant a better place to work and improve the performance of your staff.
A focus on leadership training will help you build the skills and effectiveness of your management team and create a more positive, productive culture for your entire staff.
We invite you and your management team to join us as Jim, Joe and Anton focus on the 21 proven leadership principles recognized by today's #1 leadership authority, John Maxwell.
Our goal is to give you and your management team specific leadership principals that you can apply to your restaurants for immediate results.
