Paycheck Protection Program
The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is a benefit of The Cares Act stimulus package. This loan program provides loan forgiveness for retaining employees by temporarily expanding the traditional SBA 7(a) loan program.
Eligibility is targeted to small businesses with less than 500 employees; however, restaurant businesses with multiple locations are still eligible if they have less than 500 employees at each location.
