Sometimes, employees will intentionally flirt with a guest, whether they are genuinely attracted to that person, or they just want higher tips. Unfortunately, this behavior in the workplace often leads to bizarre and unwanted consequences.

To ensure safety and productivity, employees should always be careful not to come across as "too friendly." This short video details how flirting can cause major problems in the restaurant, and how a genuinely hospitable server or greeter should act instead.
