Danielle began her Human Resources career at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI and has supported Hospitality Industry owners and senior leaders ever since. Throughout her career, she has worked in field and regional HR positions with companies like Chipotle Mexican Grill and in corporate executive HR positions with Guest Services, Inc. HR Allies, a human resources advisory firm focused on HR compliance and employee relations, supports independent restaurants nationwide by protecting them from the human resources risk and liability that owners might not even be aware of.
