Renewal Suspension

Dear RestaurantOwner.com member,

We have learned of a potential data security incident with our internet service provider that occurred on or between September 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013 and which may have involved some of our members' stored information. You may have received email notification of this event.

Next week our internet service provider is moving our website to a new, higher security dedicated server platform. Upon completion of this move we will no longer need to store your credit card information. Instead, credit card data from new and renewing members will go directly to the credit card processor.

Due to this impending change, we are suspending all renewal registrations until Wednesday, October 9, 2013. If your membership has expired and you need access to the site please send an email to info@restaurantowner.com and we will provide you complimentary access until the move to the new server is completed at which time you will be able to renew.

We apologize for any inconvenience but are confident this new system will better protect our members in the future.

Sincerely,

Jim Laube and Joe Erickson
