In 2010, our State of Your Restaurant Survey revealed that many restaurant operators were
still feeling the affects of the recession; however, many continued to do well - despite the fact that that the country was facing record unemployment and reduced consumer spending. In our State of Your Restaurant Survey for 2012, we asked our members to tell us how they have fared during
2011. The encouraging news is many operators are reporting big improvements over
2010 performance, a promising sign that the economic recovery is well underway.
The report below shows the collective responses for all respondents. While this information is beneficial, more meaningful comparisons can be made by reviewing the results of those restaurants more closely related to your concept or located within your geographical area.
