Would You Like Your Restaurant Featured in RecipeMapping®?

If so, all you have to do is send us high-resolution photos for two of your favorite menu items accompanied by recipes, menu description, and selling price.

If selected, here's what you'll receive:

  • Featured in Restaurant Startup & Growth magazine's RecipeMapping®

  • Listed in the RecipeMapping® department on RestaurantOwner.com

  • Our staff will map your recipe by completing a comprehensive Inventory Master, Menu Costing forms for each menu item, measure conversion summary, and Recipe Cards for each sub-recipe. The completed project will be emailed to you in the form of an Excel spreadsheet.

And here's what we'll need:

  • High-resolution photo (266 dpi) of each menu item.

  • Completed recipes for all preparation stages.

  • Ingredient listing that includes the vendor's product description (as listed on invoice), pack and size information, and purchase price for all items listed in recipes.

  • Designated contact person (chef, cook, manager, etc.) that our staff member can contact for questions. This person will also be responsible for performing requested measurement tasks such as weighing a specific volume amount of product or conducting a yield test.
