This month's featured menu items were provided by RestaurantOwner.com member Edmund Woo, owner/operator/franchisor for Saskatoon, Steaks - Fish - Wild Game, in Greenville, South Carolina.

Tom Bruce, founding chef and owner of Sacramento Food & Beverage, worked with sous chef Wes Pusey to document the preparation procedure for several of Saskatoon's menu items. Their objective was to create systems that ensure consistency throughout the franchise.
